I honor my positive & negative thoughts about my body.
I reject diet culture, a number does not define me.
My triumphs are not scale and size-related.
I am a victor. Not a victim.
I commit to curiosity in my personal growth journey.
My vulnerability is power.
I honor and respect my own boundaries.
When I struggle I ask for help.
When I’m winning, I bring others with me.
I acknowledge my privilege and hold space for others.
I will advocate and be a voice for those that can’t.
Black Lives Matter, Trans Women are Women.
Gender exists beyond the binary.
I declare my presence and take up space, unapologetically.
I am enough. Not only do I not need to be more,
but I absolutely do not need to be less.
